Shadow Box

I finally got Caius' shadow box framed.  Hobby Lobby is the place peeps!  My friend Emily framed it for me.  I am THRILLED with the results.  Caius' newborn photo with the hat that he was wearing.  Its now hanging above his crib.  I will take pictures of the nursery soon and post them.  LOVE this!  I am all about the sentimental.  I will love this forever!

Happy and Sad

Cauis started SMILING!!!  Be still my heart!  He is so sweet.

 

Caius will just look at you and coo.  He will smile and try to giggle.  He hasnt gotten that down yet but I know its coming soon.

On another note, look at this sad face!  I know I shouldn't think this is cute but he has the CUTEST sad face!  

Don't worry, I only let him cry for a minute to get this memory.  :)

Growing and gifts

Caius is getting so big.  He loves to look around and be outside.

My wonderful cousin Becca Cook crocheted these darling little hats for Caius.  Owl, frog, puppy, and an Aggie helmet.  I cant wait for the weather to change so he can wear these!

Grandma Jill

Jody's mom Jill has been able to stop by a few times to visit Caius.  She loves this little boy!  Caius loves when she comes to visit.

 

 

New Chapter

After nearly 8 long years at Convergys, Jody is moving on!  He is now the quality mannager for Wasatch Property Management.  What a blessing!  He will soon be able to work 90% from home and make his own hours.  This is an amazing opportunity!  Jody will be able to be home with Caius when I go back to work.  I think it will be so good for him and the baby!  I am so happy that we will not have to send Caius to a babysitter.  Blessings are falling from the sky!  Congrats Jody!  You are amazing!

 

 

Meeting Aunt Lois and Uncle Dennis

Lois and Dennis are two of the most amazing people I know.  I am so lucky to have married into such an amazing family.  Lois held Caius for about 2 hours.  She loves him.  She wants to be his other grandma.  We are ok with that!  Caius just slept and slept the whole time we were there.
